Business EVision will never use, sell, reuse, rent, loan, or otherwise disclose any email, email addresses, subscriber information, or subscriber personal information. Any information given to Business EVision will be held in the utmost care and confidence, and will not be used in any way that the client (list owner) has not consented to. Email addresses will never be used, sold, loaned, rented, or otherwise distributed or disclosed to any third party for any reason.

Employees and personnel of Business EVisionwho have access to a client's personally identifiable information are required to keep the information strictly confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Business EVision on behalf of the client.
