Monthly Charges

Monthly charge continues until customer cancels service.

Monthly charge is due upon receipt of invoice.

Invoices are issued by the 25th of each month for the following month and payment is due even if no mailing takes place during the month for which it is issued.

Cancellation must take place by the 25th of the month prior to the month in which service is to be cancelled.

List, template, and sign-up form code remain property of customer.

Spam Policy

Business EVision does not tolerate spam (the sending of unsolicited email) of any kind. Any client submitting a list which does not conform to the guidelines of the Can-Spam Act will have their list terminated.
